Who we are
603tradebook.com ("603 Tradebook" or the "site") is operated by 603 Tradebook LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("603 Tradebook LLC," "we," "us" or "our").
These terms of use are an agreement between you and 603 Tradebook LLC. By using the site, you agree to them.
What this site is
603 Tradebook is a free directory of New Hampshire trade businesses. We don't perform, broker or guarantee any work. Any agreement is between you and the business.
Listings
- Listings are built from public business information and owner updates and may be incomplete or out of date.
- Results are ordered by distance and relevance. No business can pay for a higher position.
- We may edit, decline or remove any listing or submission.
Owners
- Claiming is free. You must own or be authorized to manage the business.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you give us permission to display it.
- The optional Verified badge ($29.99 one-time verification fee at sign-up, waived for sign-ups before January 1, 2027; first month free, then $9.99/month) means only that we privately checked your license and insurance documents at a point in time. We do not publish or share their details or the documents.
- Verified tenure. "Verified since" and tenure badges (1-yr, 3-yr, 5-yr Verified) count only continuous verification. If your Verified plan lapses or is cancelled and you return within 30 days, your original "Verified since" date and tenure are kept; after more than 30 days, tenure restarts from the date you return. If a lapsed business pays again, Verified comes back right away and we re-check your license or insurance within 5 days; if the re-check isn't completed and passed in that time, the Verified badge is removed until it is.
- Emergency / 24-7. The Emergency / 24-7 badge is shown when your own website says you offer emergency or 24/7 service, or when you turn it on yourself. You must keep it accurate and turn it off if you stop offering it.
Verified plan: billing, cancellation and refunds
- Verification fee. The one-time verification fee of $29.99 is charged at sign-up. Launch offer: the fee is waived (not charged) for any sign-up started before January 1, 2027 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
- Billing date. All Verified subscriptions bill on the same day each month: the 1st day of the calendar month (the "Billing Date"). At sign-up you are charged only the verification fee ($0 if it is waived under the launch offer). Your first month is free; $9.99 is then billed on the 1st of each month until you cancel. If you sign up within 48 hours of a Billing Date, your free period runs to the following Billing Date.
- No refunds on completed charges. All charges are final once completed and are non-refundable, including for partial months, except as stated in the next item.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal ("Manage billing / cancel"). To avoid the next monthly charge (including the first $9.99 charge after your free month), you must complete cancellation before the Billing Date. The verification fee, if charged, is non-refundable. Your Verified badge and placement end when your subscription ends.
- Charged after cancelling. If you are charged on or after a Billing Date and we can verify from our or our payment processor's records that you completed cancellation before that Billing Date, we will refund that charge in full.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
Corrections and removal requests
We complete correction and removal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days after we receive a complete request.
Acceptable use
No scraping, spam, false submissions, or uploads you don't have the right to share.
Directory only; no relationship with tradespeople
603 Tradebook is an informational directory only. We are not a party to any agreement, estimate, contract or transaction between a homeowner or other user and any business or tradesperson listed on the site. We do not employ, endorse, recommend, guarantee, supervise, direct or control any listed business or tradesperson, and no listed business is our agent, employee or partner.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for choosing and hiring any business, and for doing your own due diligence before you do, including checking licenses, insurance, references, permits and written estimates. A "Verified" badge means only that we privately reviewed certain documents (such as a license, insurance certificate or business registration) at a point in time. We do not publish or share the details of those documents. It is not a guarantee of the business's current status, qualifications, work quality, conduct, pricing or results.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all listings are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 603 Tradebook LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents are not liable for any work performed or not performed by any listed business or tradesperson, or for any workmanship or quality, property damage, personal injury or death, delays, pricing, billing, deposits, warranties, permits, code compliance, disputes, or other losses arising from or related to any dealings between you and any listed business, or from errors or omissions in any listing. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if advised of their possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 603 Tradebook LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your dealings with any listed business or user, content you submit, or your violation of these terms or of any law.
Governing law and venue
These terms, and any dispute between you and 603 Tradebook LLC, are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
