Who we are
603tradebook.com ("603 Tradebook" or the "site") is operated by 603 Tradebook LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("603 Tradebook LLC," "we," "us" or "our").
This privacy policy explains what information 603 Tradebook LLC collects through the site and how we use it.
What we collect
- Business listings: business name, trades, business phone, business website, business email, home town and towns served. Taken from public business sources (mostly the business's own website) or supplied by the owner.
- Owners who claim a listing: the email address used to sign in, the changes you submit, and any license or insurance document you choose to upload (visible only to our staff; we use it only to decide the Verified badge and never publish or share it).
- People who submit a business or a removal request: what you type in the form, and your email only if you give it.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider (Google Firebase) logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
- Anonymous search counts: we count anonymous trade/town searches to improve the site (for example, which trades to show first each season). We store only the trade, the town, and the month, as running totals. No IP address, account, or anything you type is attached.
What we don't collect
We don't list personal home addresses or personal cell numbers, and we don't copy customer reviews or photos from other sites. Homeowners can search without an account. We don't sell personal information.
How we use it
- To publish business listings and keep them accurate.
- To review claims, submissions, removal requests and verification documents.
- To contact you about something you submitted.
Removal and corrections
Any unclaimed listing has a "Request removal" link. Owners can correct their listing by claiming it. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time. Correction and removal requests are completed within two (2) to five (5) business days after we receive them.
Service providers
Google Firebase (hosting, database, sign-in, file storage). Payments for optional Verified badges, when offered, will be handled by Stripe; we won't store card numbers.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13.
